The CRAFS FIT-Hub organized a five-day Incubation Training Workshop from 28 July to 1 August 2025 for its first cohort of incubatees. The primary goal of the workshop was to equip participants with essential business, technical, legal, and value-addition skills needed to transform their innovative prototypes into viable and sustainable digital and agri-business ventures.
Throughout the five days, incubatees engaged with incubators, expert facilitators, and fellow participants, creating a diverse and enriching learning environment where knowledge, experiences, and ideas were openly exchanged.

The Centre for Resilient Agri-Food Systems (CRAFS), in collaboration with RUFORUM and with support from the World Bank, participated in a two-day training workshop held on 29th and 30th September 2025 at the University of Malawi (UNIMA), T&D Conference Centre in Zomba. The workshop formed part of the Capacity Building for ACEs in Malawi initiative, aimed at strengthening institutional capacity for the establishment, management, and sustainability of Business Incubation Centres (BICs). The training brought together participants from the CRAFS PiT, FiT-Hub, the Technology Transfer Office (TTO) at UNIMA, CARP-E grantees and faculty Principal Investigators, as well as FiT-Hub incubatees and mentors.
