The University of Malawiโs FIT-Hub incubatees today held an insightful engagement session with officials from the University of Malawi Innovation, Productivity and Outreach Directorate (UNIPOD) as part of the final preparations for the upcoming Product Idea Pitching Day scheduled for tomorrow.
The interactive session offered incubatees an opportunity to refine their ideas, receive guidance on product development, and gain a deeper understanding of what it takes to translate innovations into market-ready solutions. UNIPOD officials provided key insights on pitching, commercialization pathways, and strategies for maximizing the impact of student-led innovations.
FIT-Hub continues to play a pivotal role in nurturing innovation and entrepreneurship at UNIMA. Beyond supporting the generation of ideas, the Hub is committed to transforming these ideas into tangible products that create real value and drive socio-economic development.
Tomorrow, FIT-Hub incubatees will take to the stage to present their creative and innovative product concepts, demonstrating the growing potential of the next generation of Malawian entrepreneurs. Members of the university community and stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem are encouraged to stay tuned for highlights from the event.
